You do not need a polished deck. A short non-confidential description of one workflow is enough to start. When a live walkthrough would help, we book about 45 minutes. Either way, free written deliverables stay limited to a short decision, not free consulting.
Use the form below or email. Name the workflow, who relies on the output, systems at a high level, and what feels hard to reconstruct or defend. Aim for a short plain-language note (roughly half a page to one page). Not a document dump, and not confidential material.
If the written note looks like a fit and a screen or process walkthrough would make the go / no-go clearer, we schedule about 45 minutes. Prefer the call when a Proceed decision needs a live trace. It is not required for every request.
Free outcome in writing is one of three: Proceed to the design sprint, Not a fit, or Insufficient access to assess responsibly. No free evidence map, gap register, control design, remediation plan, or workshop package.
Boundary (learned the hard way)
You can describe the workflow in your own words. That is not an invitation to send multi-workflow archives, confidential SOPs, or production data for free analysis. Large or multi-workflow submissions get a request to narrow to one non-confidential workflow, or a written Insufficient access / Not a fit if the free path cannot responsibly proceed.
Sessions are useful; they are not mandatory for every lead. Many clear “not a fit” or “narrow this first” decisions can be made from a short written note alone.
