Information submitted through the contact form
The current contact form prepares a draft in your local email application. The website does not intentionally transmit or store the fields you enter. Your email provider will process the message when you choose to send it. If a hosted form or CRM capture is added later, this section will be rewritten to match that behaviour before it is enabled.
Server and hosting logs
The hosting provider (intended: Cloudflare Pages) may process routine technical information such as IP address, request time, browser details, and requested pages for security, reliability, and operational logging. Exact retention and settings follow the host’s product defaults and any account configuration you apply.
Analytics and cookies
Launch configuration does not include advertising trackers or behavioural analytics. If privacy-respecting analytics or non-essential cookies are added later, this notice will be updated before deployment, not after.
Confidential information
Do not submit confidential records, client material, protected health information, proprietary source documents, credentials, or regulated data through the public website. Begin with a non-confidential inquiry so suitable handling can be agreed.
